Stereoscopic visual weld seam tracker
Stereoscopic vision inspection of weld seams, equivalent to human eye observation, is developed based on the practical application of visual weld seam trackers and upgraded using binocular imaging principles. By integrating dual sensors, the weld seam is photographed, the three-dimensional position of the weld seam is calculated, and the welding gun is guided to perform automatic welding.
The products undergo dual target calibration and internal and external parameter calibration before leaving the factory, with an accuracy of up to 0.1mm, and different types of welds can be equipped with corresponding image matching algorithms.
